Hi,

This is Pankaj Tomar, Senior Research Fellow at ARIES (Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences), Nainital (Uttarakhand) -India.

I belong to a small village Dholpur, nearer to the bank of river Ganga (Garhmukteshawar), Ghaziabad (UP). I did my graduation and postgraduation from Meerut College, Meerut (Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut). I finished my B.Ed. from K.V. College, Machara (Meerut). Then after I moved to CCS University Campus for M.Phil. degree in Physics.

I joined ARIES on 18 July 2006 since I am pursuing my research in the field of Space Weather basically on "Multi-wavelength Study of Solar Eruptive Phenomena and their Interplanetary Response" Under the joint Supervision of Dr. Wahab Uddin (Scientist-E, ARIES, Nainital) and Prof. P.K.Manoharan (Radio Astronomy Centre, TIFR, Ooty-Tamilnadu).
